Bitsopoulos is a family-owned Greek bakery business founded in 1950 in Cholargos, now in its third generation, producing bread, sandwiches, burger and hot-dog buns, bagels, croissants, pastries and street-food items for hotel units and delicatessens. It runs a production facility in Halandri plus a traditional wood-fired workshop in Artemida, and its main plant is at VIPE Koropiou.
