Enter the code, amount, date and buyer in the ledger. The expiry date is calculated automatically from your validity period, and you can adjust it on any voucher.

Is this tool free?

Why does a gift voucher need a ledger?
A gift voucher is money you receive today for a visit that hasn't happened yet — which makes it a liability until someone redeems it. Past the fiftieth voucher sold, nobody remembers how much of that is still outstanding. This ledger works it out for you.
How is the expiry date calculated?
From the sale date plus the validity period you set (12 months by default). You can still adjust any voucher's expiry afterwards, for example if you allow an exception.
What if a voucher is only partly redeemed?
Enter the redeemed amount and date in the columns next to it. What's left simply counts toward the outstanding total until the voucher is fully used or expires.
Is my ledger saved?
Yes, on this device, in your own browser. Nothing is uploaded and there's no account.
