No. They are €0 a month and come with every plan, the free Start plan included. If that ever changes we will say so in advance — not afterwards on your invoice.
Because plenty of venues need neither a rota nor a loyalty programme. A menu full of pages you never open is a menu you spend longer searching.
Yes, in the same place. The page leaves your menu; whatever you already filled in is kept in case you switch it back on.
