DZ Klatovy is the second-largest chicken meat processor in the Czech Republic, operating a poultry plant built in 1966 that today processes around 2,000 tonnes of chicken meat and 650 tonnes of meat products monthly, sourced exclusively from closed Czech farms. It produces fresh/chilled chicken, poultry sausages and semi-finished products distributed to retail, wholesale and gastronomy/restaurant channels, and it runs its own Slávie dining hall in Klatovy using its own meat.
