I can only recommend HappyChef. It offers outstanding service to restaurant owners, at a far lower price than the big players on the market. The fact that this is a small company is exactly what makes the service and the follow-up so good. I really should have started using HappyChef much sooner, but I am so glad I am using it now.
ProsThe biggest benefit for me was the time I got back — far fewer e-mails and phone calls to answer. Almost everything runs automatically now, which frees up an enormous amount of time to spend on the other things that matter to our business.

We were helped very well from the very beginning. The app is easy to use, and the big advantage is that you can make a lot of changes yourself, without having to contact somebody every time. The automatic WhatsApp messages to guests are a nice extra too — guests are sent the right information straight away.
If you have a question or a remark, or you get stuck somewhere, Thibault is always easy to reach. He thinks along with you and does everything he can to help you as quickly as possible. We have even been able to count on him for other IT questions.
