On January 25, 2023, Zenchef announced the acquisition of Formitable.
What Was Announced
- Zenchef (Paris) and Formitable (Amsterdam) announced they were combining, creating a group of about 11,000 restaurants in 30 European countries.
- PSG Equity, already Zenchef's investor, became majority shareholder of the combined group; both brands initially kept operating separately.
- From 2024 Formitable's restaurants were migrated to the single Zenchef platform (ZenchefOS).
