What Was Announced
- Resy bought competing reservation service Reserve, bringing its network to about 4,000 restaurants; no price was disclosed.
- Most Reserve staff joined Resy, and Reserve's restaurant partners in Boston, Chicago, Philadelphia and Washington, D.C. came with it.
