What Klaviyo Does For Your Restaurant

Each guest becomes a Klaviyo profile with the number of visits and the first and last visit date.

Klaviyo only receives guests who agreed to receive promotions. Guests without marketing consent are never sent.

Use the list as the trigger for a welcome series, a birthday mail or a come-back campaign.

Open Integrations

In your HappyChef dashboard, go to Settings, then Advanced, then Integrations, and switch on Klaviyo.
Connect Your Klaviyo Account

Paste your Klaviyo private API key. HappyChef checks it and loads your lists so you can pick one or create a new one.
Choose What To Sync

Pick the destination list and the fields. HappyChef syncs every night at 02:00, or right away with Sync Now.
