How The Datahub Is Made
The Datahub is built from the reservations, reviews and gift cards of up to 44 Belgian restaurants that use HappyChef. These rules hold for every figure:
- Every insight rests on at least 1,000 datapoints and combines at least 5 restaurants.
- Nothing points to a person or a single restaurant: no names, no contact details, no remarks, no restaurant-level rows.
- Each restaurant counts equally, so a few busy restaurants cannot dominate an average.
- Trends over time use the same restaurants in every month, so the growing number of restaurants never looks like growth.
- Placeholder values, demo accounts and test accounts are left out.
- Every page names its period, its number of datapoints and restaurants, and its method.
Where The Numbers Come From
Period
Mostly visits from 1 January to 30 September 2026; reviews and gift cards from 2025 onwards. Each insight names its own period.
Datapoints
Every insight rests on at least 1,000 datapoints and combines at least 5 restaurants.
Method
Anonymous aggregates over Belgian HappyChef restaurants, each restaurant weighted equally, with every figure over at least five restaurants and 1,000 datapoints.
"Super clear mobile app and desktop version, it feels natural. Very user-friendly and easy to set up"
"Top service for hospitality entrepreneurs. I can only recommend HappyChef — for a much lower price than the big players."
Put These Insights To Work In Your Own Restaurant
HappyChef shows you the same figures for your own restaurant: your busiest days, your cancellations, your returning guests.
