Investors Can Buy The Buildings Behind Two Avoca Cafés

Signature Capital is selling the Avoca stores in Kilmacanogue, Co Wicklow, and Rathcoole, Co Dublin, for €29 million. Avoca rents them until 2047, so the cafés keep running.
