Since 1996, Kristof Coppens and his wife Carla Wauters have stood behind a successful concept that is creative, innovative and full of flavour. That goes for the kitchen and the dishes Kristof prepares, but also for the look and the interior of the restaurant. APRIORI is a fashionable cube that blends seamlessly into the green landscape between Aalst and Geraardsbergen. The closed façade hides the restaurant and sparks curiosity. Once inside, you walk past the open kitchen, which is transparent as a symbol of Kristof's cooking style. The dining room is sober and elegant, with a view of the Warande town park.
