Tundra Mist

The cover shows a stag’s head over the restaurant’s name; a small lingonberry sprig opens the first inside page. The dishes run down one column with the prices on the right: venison tartare, cold-smoked reindeer, chanterelle soup and three dishes from the sea; then elk steak, sautéed reindeer, roast grouse and reindeer stew with their sides and sauces; and, on the back, lingonberry parfait, warm cloudberries, a cardamom bun, three aquavits and red wines by glass and bottle.
