About This Template
The A4 cover is a quiet title page: a ringed initial like a seal, the name in widely spaced capitals and a short line. Page two lists the five courses, each opened by a large number — starter, asparagus, mains, pre-dessert and dessert — centred with space around them. Page three is a page of teas from sencha to matcha, and the back gives the tasting menu prices, the pairings and three white wines by glass and bottle, with the allergen legend.
